Whether you’re bonding with friends and family or booking an engaging experience for your team, our classes are designed to inspire connection. Come ready to sip, snack, and style your very own charcuterie masterpiece.

Na Classes - January (2 classes. Dates TBD)- Nonalcoholic pairings with a cheese and charcuterie board
Rotondi Class- 2 part series. Build a charcuterie board out of class. Kiln fired and then build upon your board
Valentine's Day Class- Date Night pairings with chocolate, wines and soft cheeses

Class Options:

Wine & Cheese Tasting Class – $30 per person
A guided tasting where we pair different wines with cheeses, learning how flavors complement one another. We bring a sommelier in for this class. -
Build-a-Board Class (Small) – $45 per person
Each guest creates their own smaller charcuterie board with a selection of meats, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments. -
Build-a-Board Class (Large) – $65 per person
A more elevated version where each guest builds a larger, more premium charcuterie board with expanded selections.
Classes typically run 60–75 minutes and include everything needed—fresh ingredients, boards, and supplies. Guests can enjoy their creations together during the event or take them home to share later. For an extra special touch, bamboo boards can be engraved with a company logo or personalized with last names, making the experience even more memorable.
