Wine Tasting Class- Fresh & Floral - 4/16

Join us for an in-person cheese and wine pairing class! Taste iconic wine and cheese pairings as you learn why wine and cheese are such a perfect match in this delicious 45 minute class. This month we are featuring seasonal cheeses chosen by our cheesemonger Sierra. She will lead this guided tasting of expertly selected cheeses paired with three wines encompassing a range of styles. Sommelier Julie will help you sip and slice your way to an understanding of pairing principles, so you can approach the cheese counter or wine shop with newfound confidence.
